Job summary

Tip Top Poultry Inc in Rockmart, GA is hiring a General Laborer for the 1st shift. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety, quality and legality; lifting up to 50 pounds and rotating positions as needed. This on-site role offers weekly pay and benefits after introductory periods.

Starting pay is $11.50 per hour, with a $14.50 attendance bonus potential. Regular hours Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, and opportunities for 401(k) and health benefits after set periods.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills for logging and records.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, quality and legality.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ensure product does not pile up and maintain workspace flow.
• Assist in other departmental areas as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and rotate positions.
