Job summary

Tip Top Poultry Inc in Rockmart, GA is seeking a Rockmart Hourly Production General Laborer for the 2nd shift to support production with a focus on food safety, quality, and efficiency. The team works in a fast-paced environment dedicated to safe, legal product output.

Compensation starts at $12.50 per hour with a $15.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus; weekly pay, 401(k) after 6 months, insurance after 60 days, holiday pay, and on-site nurse availability are included.

Qualifications

• Oral communication essential to perform tasks and coordinate with team.
• Basic computer skills for tracking tasks and records.
• Knowledge of GMPs and safety rules applicable to food production.
• Adherence to company policies and standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, quality and legality.
• At times, may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ensure product does not pile up; keep workflow smooth.
• Assist in other departmental areas as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to rotate positions.
