Armada Staffing Group is urgently hiring dependable Picker/Packers to join our team at a busy distribution center in Roanoke, TX. We have immediate openings for full-time work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow with a company.

If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to get started, we want to hear from you! Pay rate is $17.00 per hour for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
• Pack items and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy.
• Receive, sort, and put away incoming merchandise.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use RF scanners and follow picking and packing instructions
• Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Must pass required background check and drug screening
