Armada Staffing Group is hiring General Labor Associates for a busy distribution center in Roanoke, TX. Immediate openings for full-time work with a 2nd shift schedule, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, and a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, temp-to-hire opportunities, and potential for long-term employment and career growth.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on shift.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products for shipment.
• Sort, stage, and prepare merchandise for shipment and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
• Meet daily productivity goals and support team members as needed.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
