Armada Staffing Group is hiring Picker/Packer for a busy Roanoke distribution center in Texas. Join a team dedicated to accuracy, speed, and reliability on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). Duties include picking, packing, and using RF scanners to ensure correct orders and efficient shipments.

We offer weekly pay, full-time employment, and benefits. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but motivated candidates who are learning quickly are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: 2nd Shift: $18.00/HR

Shift/Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to use RF scanners and follow picking and packing instructions
• Dependable transportation and excellent attendance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Must pass required background check and drug screening
