Job summary

Vans at the Jonestown Distribution Center seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee replenishment, picking, trouble resolution, and Value-Added Services (VAS). You will drive staffing efficiency, set goals, and provide leadership to ensure timely, accurate operations and strong service to internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse roles, WMS/RF/MHE tech experience, OSHA knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Experience with WMS (PkMS) or similar, RF and MHE technologies
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands
• Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Supervise accurate and timely replenishment, picking,Trouble resolution and Value-Added Services (VAS)
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control and labor planning reporting
• Oversee staffing levels for daily/monthly workflows
• Set clear daily/monthly/yearly goals for associates
• Provide supervisory leadership to ensure excellent service to customers
• Create and analyze DC/LM reports to monitor throughput
• Ensure compliance with VF policies and procedures
