Job summary

VF Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor at our Jonestown Distribution Center in Mississippi to oversee replenishment, picking, and VAS operations. You will guide staffing levels, set performance goals, and lead a team to deliver accurate, timely results.

You will manage reporting, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement while using WMS and MHE tools. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience with WMS (PkMS) or other comparable WMS, RF and MHE technologies.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise replenishment, picking, trouble resolution and VAS operations.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for daily/monthly workflow.
• Set clear and measurable goals for associates daily/monthly/yearly.
• Provide supervisory leadership to area associates to ensure outstanding service to customers.
• Establish workload priorities and daily objectives for the area.
• Create, generate, and analyze DC/LM reports to meet throughput goals.
• Ensure full compliance with VF policies and procedures.
