United Alloy Inc. in Janesville, WI is seeking a Material Handling Team Lead to direct our weekday production team in Paint and Assembly work centers. You will set daily goals, enforce policies, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

This position is responsible for leading the Material Handling Team in our fast paced production environment. This position will assign daily work goals, implement policies and procedures, and recommend ideas for improvements. This position will be responsible for holding production staff accountable for company and individual goals. This role will be leading our weekday production team in our Paint and Assembly work centers.
