Job summary

United Alloy Inc. in Janesville, WI is seeking a Material Handling Team Lead to direct our weekday production team in Paint and Assembly work centers. You will set daily goals, enforce policies, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of related production leadership experience in metal fabrication.
• Preference for Welding/Fabricating leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote UA culture development by modeling desired behaviours.
• Ensure staff safety and proper job performance.
• Approve and process staff clocking and vacation requests daily.
• Communicate daily goals to staff and ensure shift readiness.
• Provide floor support to remove hurdles toward daily goals.
• Coordinate with supervisors across shifts and maintain clarity on next steps.
• Document disciplinary contacts per UA progressive policy.
