Qualifications

  • Document and address disciplinary issues in accordance with UA’s progressive discipline policy
  • Drive production efficiency and support key plant metrics such as turnaround time (TAT) and on-time delivery

Overview

This position is responsible for leading production staff within the Form Department. The role includes assigning daily work goals, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending ideas for continuous improvement. This leader will be accountable for driving performance, ensuring safety, and holding team members responsible for meeting company and departmental goals.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Mandated overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Champion UA’s culture by modeling the behaviors we expect from all team members
