Job summary

Alfa Laval's Richmond facility is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Worker to pick, deliver and manage materials supporting production lines. You will follow SOPs, operate forklifts, maintain safety standards, and report deviations while collaborating with Team Leader and Team Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Materials is preferred.
• Forklift operation certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver materials to workstations or locations.
• Address internal department requests promptly to maintain workflow.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety procedures.
• Receive daily work assignments and follow SOPs.
• Assist Team Lead/Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Report deviations to status boards and discuss solutions.
• Cross-train in multiple pick units for flexibility.
• Suggest improvements to SOPs and identify waste.
