Job summary

Alfa Laval's Richmond facility is hiring a 2nd shift Warehouse Worker to pick and deliver materials and support production to keep operations running smoothly.

You will use PPE, operate forklifts and manlifts when certified, and report safety or quality deviations. This role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in materials, plus basic computer and math skills and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Materials.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver materials to workstations efficiently.
• Address internal requests to maintain workflow.
• Use PPE properly (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves).
• Receive daily assignments from Team Leader/Manager and follow SOPs.
• Assist with admin and operational tasks, including reporting.
• Report deviations to the status boards and discuss solutions.
