Job summary

QuVa is seeking an Inventory Control Technician in Sugar Land, TX to support material flow, site purchasing, and inventory accuracy. The role interfaces with demand planning, sourcing, and warehouse operations to ensure timely availability for weekly kitting and packaging.

Strong attention to detail and proficiency with INFOR ERP and MS Office are essential. The position is full-time, on-site, with a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and entails safety-sensitive duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1+ years in Supply Chain or related work.
• Able to pass drug and background checks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with ERP systems (INFOR) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations from material flow tracking to site purchasing.
• Perform weekly audits and cycle counts; adjust records for variances.
• Work with Planning and Purchasing on projections and forecasting.
• Track deliveries and provide updates to the Warehouse team.
• Identify excess inventory and assist with returns to vendors.
• Communicate clearly; coordinate site transfers as needed.
• Assist in team training to support transactional accuracy.
