Job summary

QuVa is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to support warehouse operations from material flow tracking to site purchasing. You will work with demand planning, sourcing, and QA to ensure timely material availability for weekly kits, formulations, fillings, labeling, and packaging.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures to meet healthcare standards across the US. The position is full-time on-site in Sugar Land, TX, with a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years' experience in Supply Chain or other relevant work experience.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Submit requisitions for supply orders to Purchasing.
• Forecast projections with Planning and Purchasing for sufficient on-hand inventory.
• Perform weekly audits of Infor picking transactions.
• Perform weekly cycle counting of select raw materials and adjust Infor accordingly.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies/investigations and report findings to Finance.
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and prevent production disruptions.
• Collaborate with leaders on cycle counts (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Track and monitor raw material expiration dating.
• Review and escalate transactional errors for correction.
• Work with the finance team on cycle counting and communication of transactions.
• Assist in team meetings and training to support transactional accuracy.
• Track incoming deliveries and provide shipment updates to Warehouse and Purchasing.
• Coordinate site-to-site transfers as needed.
• Identify excess inventory and assist with returns to vendors.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prioritize and track multiple assignments.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
