Job summary

QuVa is seeking an Inventory Control Technician in Sugar Land, TX, to support material flow, site purchasing, and coordinating with demand planning and warehouse teams. The role ensures timely availability of materials for the weekly kitting, formulation, filling, labeling, and packaging processes, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The position is on-site, full-time, with a consistent 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM).

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1+ year in supply chain or related work experience.
Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
Experience using an ERP system such as INFOR.
Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Assist with indirect supply Kanban levels and submit requisitions to Purchasing.
Collaborate with Planning and Purchasing on projections and forecasting to ensure sufficient on-hand inventory.
Perform weekly audits of Infor picking transactions.
Conduct weekly cycle counts of select raw materials and adjust Infor accordingly.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to Finance.
Monitor inventory to reduce waste and prevent production schedule issues.
Track incoming deliveries and provide updates to Warehouse regarding large shipments and controlled substances.
