Alamance Foods Inc. in Burlington, NC is hiring a Processing Technician to support production by creating batches, checking paperwork, and upholding GMP standards.

The role involves reading formula cards, printing and assembling formulas, inspecting incoming materials, and ensuring accurate lot numbers. You'll work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, lifting up to 55 lbs, and following Clean-In-Place procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior processing and chemical experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Read and print formulas, and create formulas.
• Follow GMPs and inspect incoming cream tanks, liquids, and trucks.
• Mix batches properly and verify raw materials and lot numbers.
• Reconfigure piping structures for pump overs and CIP.
• Open valves and release a batch to the line.
• Check temperature charts for start time, pump over time, and stop time.
