Job summary

4over is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift at our Arlington, TX plant. You will troubleshoot and repair production machinery, service equipment, and building systems, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing areas.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (approx.), with overtime based on business needs. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 hourly, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years diagnosing and troubleshooting basic electrical problems.
• Minimum 1–3 years maintaining electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive preventative maintenance program.
• Safely troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems.
• Respond to emergency service requests and order parts as needed.
• Install and remove equipment.
• Perform routine checks and service equipment.
