Job summary

4over in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Tech for 1st shift to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production machinery, service equipment and building systems in our climate-controlled plant.

You will support safety, perform preventive maintenance, install and remove equipment, and document work orders while meeting quality standards. Requires 1–3 years electrical/mechanical/plumbing experience and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years diagnosing and troubleshooting basic electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
• Minimum of 1–3 years maintaining electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in mechanical, digital and electronic technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant management in maintaining a proactive preventative maintenance program.
• Safely troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems.
• Maintain hardware and software by responding to emergency service requests including diagnosing problems and ordering parts.
• Participate in installation and removal of equipment.
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment as required.
• Provide production with clear proactive information on service issues.
• Ensure completion of assignments meeting quality/quantity specifications.
