AtWork Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Location: Arlington, TX; Schedule: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, Monday–Friday; Pay: $25/hour. This full-time position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and safe, independent or team-based work in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Technical degree in mechanical, digital, or electronic technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Diagnose equipment problems, order replacement parts, and complete necessary repairs.
• Assist with equipment installation, removal, and routine servicing.
• Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to production management.
• Complete maintenance paperwork and service records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report equipment hazards, injuries, and safety concerns immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
