Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking an LP Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily maintenance activities within a manufacturing division. You will drive efficiency, quality, and productivity by guiding the maintenance team and implementing standard procedures across the plant.

The role requires hands‑on supervision, project planning, and budget awareness to minimize downtime and support production goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Up to 18 months of post‑high‑school education in engineering or electronics from an accredited vocational/technical/junior college.
• Experience: 3–6 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of supervisory concepts, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance staff activities to ensure timely work orders, breakdown responses, and policy compliance for safety and productivity.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance of production machinery, equipment, and spare parts to meet downtime targets and production schedules.
• Design or plan in‑house projects to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Monitor the maintenance budget to keep costs within plan.
• Communicate maintenance standards to staff and internal customers; ensure compliance with GSF and regulatory standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
