Jobot is seeking a maintenance leader in a manufacturing environment to develop and enforce maintenance procedures, oversee repairs, and lead a team of technicians. The role focuses on PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance to keep complex equipment operating reliably.

You will collaborate with other managers to optimize production processes and ensure procedures are implemented effectively, driving uptime and performance improvements across the plant.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing.

• Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep a maintenance log and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for all machines to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and provide quick solutions to maintain continuous production
• Manage and maintain hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure optimum performance
• Collaborate with other managers to optimize production processes

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Excellent knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to manage and lead teams
• Strong team leadership skills with a commitment to collaborative problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to implement them in a work setting
