Qualifications

• Background in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and capital planning
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
• Associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide on-call support when needed

We’re working with an established manufacturing company in Northeast Wisconsin looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee facility and maintenance operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for keeping the facility, equipment, and building systems running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
