Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify trends and improve reliability.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
