Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is partnering with a leading food production company in Illinois to recruit a Maintenance Lead for the vegetable processing team. You will oversee maintenance and reliability of production equipment and facilities to maximize uptime and safety.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, knowledge of GMP, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills to manage priorities in a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance and leadership roles within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
