Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical equipment preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a production worker in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical devices, troubleshooting skills, and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must have completed GMPs and company food safety programs training.
• Must have good mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations across the area.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed production records and centerline docs.
• Coordinate breaks and adjust shifts to meet demand.
• Oversee production lines for peak efficiency and troubleshoot.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments on issues.
• Train new employees and coach ongoing performance.
• Ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
• Lead and rotate assignments for production staff.
• Verify materials and recipes on lines; coordinate inventory.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in meetings and support production goals.
