Job summary

You will coordinate breaks, monitor line performance, maintain production records, support GMP and food safety programs, and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of production experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• GMPs and food safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Partner with QA to verify product quality and safety.
• Maintain production records, line performance, and downtime.
• Coordinate breaks and adjust schedules to meet demand.
• Oversee equipment and line maintenance at operator level.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, safety, and quality.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Foster collaboration across departments to meet goals.
• Verify correct materials and recipes on production lines.
• Share KPIs and drive accountability for improvements.
