Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Machine Operator for 12-hour night shifts in Ohio. The role ensures safe, efficient production of molded OES products and prepares items for shipping. You will monitor quality, operate machinery, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Ability to display safety orientation.
• This role involves walking, stairs/ladders, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Requires lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Indoor work is typically warm in summer; limited outdoor work.
• Occasional use of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications prior to shift and ask clarifying questions.
• Remove product from machine to meet cycle times.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash from product per specs.
• Inspect each piece for quality and customer specifications.
• Inform supervisor of quality issues to limit production loss.
• Install or assemble components per order specifications.
• Maintain awareness and report safety concerns.
• Label, package, and stack finished product for shipping.
• Follow established safety procedures and report hazards.
• Keep workstation clean and organized to ensure safety.
