Job summary

Brady Corporation in Glendale, WI is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to operate coating, compounding, and/or converting equipment. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and contribute to producing defect-free products that meet customer expectations.

You will perform setup, read measurements, conduct in-process inspections, troubleshoot, and document production data. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read a ruler within 1/64 inch.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain assigned equipment safely.
• Read measurements and ensure products meet specs.
• Prepare pump and filtration systems for production.
• Inspect quality and perform in-process tests.
• Troubleshoot process issues and adjust as needed.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks as required.
• Record production data and support ERP.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
