Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills (Email, MS Office, G Suite, data entry)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Flexible to overtime as needed
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for an entire shift
• Ability to bend, twist, crawl, climb and reach to perform duties
• Ability to push/pull 22 lbs
• Ability to read a micrometer within 0.0005 inches
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Weigh and mix raw materials following batch instructions
• Operate production equipment and perform set up, safe operation, and routine maintenance
• Ensure product quality and meet daily/weekly production goals
• Follow standard work documents and adjust equipment as needed
• Communicate production performance to leaders and departments
• Support continuous improvement projects and 5S/Lean initiatives
• Adhere to safety, attendance, and company policies
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at end of shift
• Provide cross-area support as required
