Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry)
• Basic math skills essential.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Stand for 80-100% of shift.
• Read and follow written directions.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and pneumatic tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and boards to meet production targets.
• Print and produce product; hand finish as needed.
• Perform pre-run and in-process quality checks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Handle hazardous materials per procedures.
• Operate according to standard work and instructions.
• Coordinate with other shifts and provide updates.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
