Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks an Inventory Control Assistant Manager to supervise IC teams across multiple facilities on the 1st shift. You will ensure compliance with IC processes, handle email communication, de-picks, recalls, and related tasks, and assist warehouse operations as needed.

You will supervise daily IC staff activities, assess inventory needs, and implement strategies to meet those needs while managing shift staff performance and paperwork flow.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising inventory control staff or IC teams.
• Ability to plan and implement inventory strategies.
• Strong communication skills for shift handoffs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IC teams across multiple facilities on 1st shift.
• Ensure all IC processes, email communication, de-picks, recalls are followed.
• Assist warehouse operations as required and communicate shift transitions.
• Oversee daily activities of inventory control staff and performance reviews.
• Maintain adequate levels of material and product inventories.
