Herr’s in Nottingham, PA is seeking a Hybrid Operator to join our production team. This full-time role involves operating equipment, maintaining safety standards, and supporting manufacturing processes.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a background check and drug screen, and be available for the 3:30am–3:30pm shift with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 1–3 months of related mechanical experience and/or training.
• Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water.
• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Good balance on slippery surfaces.
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Hybrid Operator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday

SHIFT: 3:30am-3:30pm

Additional hours may be required due to business demands.
