We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Maintenance Technician position, joining our Nottingham, PA team.
Schedule and Hours
- Week A: Monday, Tuesday (off Wednesday) Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week B: Monday (off Tuesday) Wednesday, Thursday (off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Hours: 3pm – 1am
- Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Requirements for Employment
- Background check and pre‑employment drug screen completed
- Pre‑placement screening confirming ability to perform physical requirements of the position
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training
- Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast‑paced environment
- Good balance on slippery surfaces
- Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time
- Must have a valid driver’s license; forklift license or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Must be able to operate motor vehicles, including a forklift
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to use PLC technology and Industrial Electronics preferred; must learn CMMS software
- Work cooperatively with maintenance and production personnel; occasional tight time constraints
- Must pass a job‑related assessment with a score of 70% or better; stable work history with good references
- Associate’s degree from a two‑year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
- Must have the ability to read, write, understand, and speak English; interpret graphs, compute ratios and percentages

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments.
- Coordinate with team members to diagnose problems and repair equipment.
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment; perform preventive maintenance as required.
- Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts; repair equipment breakdowns in a timely and thorough manner.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
- Repairs and maintains the physical structure of the establishment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
