Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) is seeking a General Laborer at our Bear Creek plant to support daily operations. You will build, pack, and stage packaging materials, pitch kraut into totes, and move products and supplies throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job, including GMP and safety training.
• Previous manufacturing/food production or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build, fold, and tape boxes and stage packaging materials so lines stay supplied.
• Pitch kraut into totes and containers with proper fill levels and labeling.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and free of debris, spills, and hazards.
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, totes, and supplies as directed.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation procedures, and safety rules, reporting issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed.
