Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and quality systems.
• High school diploma/GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coordinate, and support production team members in daily food manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent output.
• Monitor production line performance, address operational issues in real time, and support adherence to schedules, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
• Review and follow production schedules, SOPs, and quality specifications; assist with troubleshooting and verify outputs.
• Reinforce compliance with food safety, quality, and safety standards (GMPs, HACCP) while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate production records, support computerized production tracking systems, and ensure housekeeping and shift communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, sanitation, and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve plant performance.
