Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings, Inc. in Bear Creek, WI is seeking a General Laborer to support daily plant operations.

You will perform hands-on tasks to keep production running safely, efficiently, and in line with food safety standards, including building packaging, filling totes, and moving materials. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work with machine operators in a team setting while following GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production or warehouse preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and complete on-the-job GMP and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Build, fold, and tape boxes and stage packaging materials so production lines remain supplied and running.
• Pitch kraut into totes and containers with proper fill levels and labeling.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, and free of debris, spills, and hazards during the shift.
• Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished product, totes and supplies as directed.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation procedures, and safety rules and report unsafe conditions or issues to supervisor.
