Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) in Bear Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking a reliable Machine Operator (1st Shift) to support daily production in a fast-paced facility. You will operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused output.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient and consistent output.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to help minimize downtime.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and production schedules.
• Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors or maintenance.
• Support setup, changeovers, and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through visual checks and basic measurements.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety guidelines, GMPs, and company policies at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily production goals.
