The role requires 1–3 years forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and attention to shipping docs; training for forklift certification is available and basic inventory software skills help.

Formación

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in a direct mail or high-volume facility.
• Forklift certification not required; training available for reliable candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy production environment.
• Read and understand shipping/receiving docs to match codes to client runs.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload incoming shipments and load outbound mail trays onto trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent production downtime.
• Verify documents and enter shipments into PWMS; label and audit monthly.
• Safely handle paper stock and finished goods, maintaining quality.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and keep areas clean and safe.
