Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen, LLC in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a 1st Shift Processing Operator to manage the cooking of potatoes and processing of cabbage per SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

The shift runs 6:00 PM with a varying end time and reports to the Production Supervisor within the Operations team. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, ability to read English, lift up to 50 pounds, and potential forklift license.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read/understand English safety rules and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.

Mansioni

• Learn and follow all HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
• Set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down machinery.
• Peel, sort, and cook potatoes; process cabbage following SOPs.
• Operate safely and assist with other duties as assigned.
