Yakult USA in White, GA seeks a Factory Facility Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift at Brand New Plant. You will supervise daily facility operations and a team of 5+ employees, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with factory facilities: boiler, wastewater, electrical.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage 5+ employees.
• Proficiency with Windows, email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily facility operations and equipment.
• Supervise 5+ employees; enforce safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA.
• Lead preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with training and performance evaluations.
