Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is hiring a 1st shift Cutter Operator to set up and run a label-cutting machine according to customer specs. You will monitor quality through the production process, assist with cross-training, and support the team to meet production goals.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and a profit-sharing plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a machine that cuts labels based on customer specifications.
• Monitor quality of finished product throughout the production process.
• Cross-train in other roles across the production environment.
• Complete quality assurance checks and raise concerns when needed.
• Problem-solve issues that arise to keep production on track.
• Work effectively as a team member to meet production and company goals.
