Job summary

U.S. Boiler Company, LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking a 1st shift Boiler Assembler for a full-time, union hourly position. Hours are Monday–Friday, 5 AM–3:30 PM with two Saturdays per month, 5 AM–11 AM.

Training pay is $21.87/hour; after training, incentive pay based on performance. The role involves assembling boilers with hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality. You’ll work on a team, maintain inventory, document production activities, and support safety and continuous

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; or related experience
• Experience with hand and power tools is required

Responsibilities

• Assembles boilers by following blueprints and specifications
• Uses hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly
• Verifies product quality and tolerances
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with teammates
• Documents production steps and reports issues
• Supports safety and continuous improvement initiatives
