We are seeking a 1st shift Boiler Assembler to join our team! This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM; two Saturdays per month, 5 AM – 11 AM. Training pay is $21.87 per hour. After training, employees will earn incentive pay rate based on performance.
This position will work on a team to assemble residential boilers. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have experience working with hand and power tools.
