Job summary

U.S. Boiler Company, a Burnham Holdings, Inc. subsidiary, seeks a Quality Specialist in Lancaster, PA to ensure quality throughout production. The role involves inspecting boilers and components, reading engineering drawings, using calipers and gauges, and documenting nonconformances. Regular hours are 5:00am–1:30pm, with occasional overtime. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years quality inspection experience.
• ASME experience and/or boiler experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspects boilers and components at various production stages to ensure quality and reliability.
• Records accurate inspection results and NCRs; controls nonconforming material to prevent customer use.
• Reads engineering drawings and assembly instructions; uses calipers and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Communicates findings with QA team and other processes; supports testing and controls programming as needed.
