Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, WI to fill assembly and production positions across all shifts. Pay ranges from $17.75 to $20.85 per hour, with potential increases after hire and at 90-day reviews.

Shifts include 1st: 6am-2:30pm, 2nd: 2pm-10pm, and 3rd: 10pm-6am; overtime may be required. Benefits and on-the-job training are offered. Candidates must have a technical background and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking ability.
• Good finger and hand dexterity.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Stable work history with good longevity at past jobs strongly preferred.
• GOOD ATTENDANCE IS A MUST!

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, and gathering tools and materials.
• Position and assemble parts using templates or measurements, ensuring correct fit.
• Verify component specifications through measurement and resolve assembly issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Monitor and manage supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation, contributing to team goals.
• Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking, and hanging them on the conveyor; assist with assembly and racking as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for coating quality and thickness using approved tools; report quality issues.
• Unload parts from machine; grind and finish metal parts; sort and count order quantities; may be assigned to other departments as needed.

Pay:

$17.75-$20.85+ (based on experience, shift and department)

*PLUS opportunity for increase when hired on and every 90 days afterward

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm

3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am

OT may be mandatory including extra hours during the week as well as weekend work

Pay Details:

$710.00 to $1,150.00 per week
