Job summary

BAMSI, Attleboro, MA, is seeking a Residential Counselor to support adults in Group Living Environments. You will help residents develop daily living skills and document care under clinician guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Mental health experience is preferred; bilingual skills are a bonus. Schedule includes weekend hours with MAP training opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments, teaching ADLs and socialization.
• Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.
• Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.
