Bost Inc is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs also enable community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation, and they support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance preferred.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor safety.
• Provide personal care and support daily living activities.
• Facilitate community involvement and accompany outings or transportation.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Description

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday 6:00 AM-7:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.25 per hour
