Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking full-time DSPs to work in in-home settings, helping individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. You will support community involvement and transportation to activities, and assist with therapeutic plans in collaboration with clinical staff. Workdays are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pay rate is $16.00/hour. Location: Russellville, AR 72802. EOE/Disability/Veteran.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, medication administration, personal care).
• Support individuals in the community by accompanying them to outings or transporting to activities.
• Assist with implementing and supporting therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 PM-8:00 AM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
