Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work in-home with individuals and families in Rogers, AR. You will assist with daily living activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care, helping maximize quality of life.

Shifts run Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. Pay rate is $14.00/hr. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, valid drivers license, and background/reference checks. EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor safety.
• Provide personal care and support, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Accompany individuals on community outings or provide transportation to activities or work.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
