Job summary

339882 Bost Inc. is seeking full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families, delivering in-home assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities, supporting therapeutic plans with clinical staff.

Workdays/hours include Wednesday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM. Pay rate is $18.00/hr, located at 4500 West Oak St.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with meal preparation and planning for individuals.
• Administer medications as directed and administered per plan.
• Provide personal care and support to enhance quality of life.
• Support community involvement and transportation to activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP's support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Wednesday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, Saturday through Sunday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM

Pay Rate:$18.00/hr
